About Pilgrims Law Group, PLLC
Pilgrims Law Group, PLLC is a general practice law firm with an emphasis on immigration law, criminal defense, traffic law, business law, and other civil matters. Located in Yorktown, Virginia, we provide legal services to the people in Hampton Roads, Richmond, and beyond in the languages of English, Korean, and Spanish. Sean S. Jung, Esq.
Mr. Jung is a general practice attorney with substantial experience in criminal defense and traffic law. He received his extensive training and experience from defending numerous individuals charged with various offenses as an assistant public defender in Hampton, Virginia for several years. He also has experience with civil matters from working at a civil law firm.
Mr. Jung graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He then received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Mr. Jung is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Jung is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is able to represent clients in the Immigration Court as well.
Mr. Jung enjoys being a trial lawyer who is aggressive when needs be and a voice for the powerless and the needy.

Sophia M. Jung, Esq.
Ms. Jung limits her practice to immigration law. She has experience working with a wide range of clients in meeting their immigration-related needs in different languages.
Ms. Jung graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Music. She then received a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Ms. Jung is admitted to the Maryland Bar and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Ms. Jung has a desire to help immigrants achieve their goals and a passion for international human rights.
